AC Cobra Series 1 electric

BRITISH MOTORING.
HERITAGE REVISITED.

The AC Cobra Series 1 electric is crafted in the spirit of the 1962 Cobra, but adapted for an electric motor. The ladder frame has been adapted to accommodate the new motor components and the triangulated chassis is constructed of a high-grade composite. Adaptations have also been made to the steering and brakes for better handling with the electric motor.

It is powered by a front-loaded 54 kWh lithium-ion battery that will give you an estimated range of 150 miles. It does 0-62 mph in 6.7 seconds for a maximum speed of 120 mph, with 250 Nm continuous and 500 Nm peak torque.

Agile in the city, smooth on the open road.

ROAD READY.

The traditional AC Cobra interior is more than nostalgia. It’s an invitation to the road. Handcrafted Moto-Lita steering wheel, handstitched leather seats, chrome cockpit dials and nothing but the sound of the road beneath your wheels.

For the body paint, we took the time to select four colours that reflect the personality of our latest addition: AC Electric Blue, AC Electric Black, AC Electric White or AC Electric Green.

There will be a limited run of 58 AC Cobra Series 1 electric cars and only 58 reservations will be taken. The reservation fee is GBP 2,500 and is fully refundable at any time until the final order is placed with an authorised AC dealer. Paying the reservation fee does not oblige you to place an order and refunds will be paid within 28 days of the request being received.

When a build slot becomes available, you will be notified by an authorised dealer who will also confirm the exact sale price and deposit amount. Once the deposit amount has been paid, building will commence immediately. AC Cars’ recommended retail price is currently GBP 138,000 plus on the road charges.
